What do I do
Residential work on existing homes.
Additions.
General renovation.
All structural work (I don't mind doing the major structural work and letting the client take over finishing trades).
Kitchens and bathrooms - when they are part of a bigger project.
Hard landscaping - Decks, fences, paving - particularly when they are part of a bigger project.
A big job is a major addition with full renovation and comprehensive landscaping.
A normal job is a moderate addition with some renovation (like a kitchen and bathroom and some new floors).
Smaller jobs would be like a deck and putting in some bi-fold doors.
